Fulbright Specialists are a diverse group of highly experienced, well-established academics and professionals who represent a wide variety of academic disciplines and professions. Each year, more than 400 Specialists are hosted by institutions in over 150 participating countries and other areas, providing professional knowledge and expertise in dozens of disciplines. In order to be eligible to serve as a Fulbright Specialist, candidates must demonstrate significant experience in their respective field and be a U.S. citizen at the time of application.
