Join us for an in-depth look at the Fulbright Specialist Program and hear from a panel of Fulbright Specialist alumni. This online information session will include an overview of the program, including topics such as:

• Benefits for participating Specialists; and
• Application process.
Fulbright Specialist Program staff will answer attendee questions during this presentation, and you will also hear directly from two Fulbright Specialist alums whose projects focused on business and entrepreneurship, including:
Dr. Kush Jenkins is a Full Professor of Accounting and Business at Northern Virginia Community College. With over 13 years of experience in higher education, he has served in leadership positions including Interim Associate Dean and Faculty Senate member, while maintaining professional industry experience in finance and taxation. As a Fulbright Specialist at the National Autonomous University of Honduras, he enhanced entrepreneurial education by strengthening faculty expertise in cutting-edge business strategies, developing integrated theoretical and practical curricula, and providing students with comprehensive tools for business development in global markets. Dr. Jenkins holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Dr. Tim Hatten is a Professor of Business Administration at Colorado Mesa University, where he has served for over 25 years and has also held various administrative positions including Department Chair and Director of International Student Exchange Programs. As a Fulbright Specialist at the National Information Technology Park in Mongolia, he established business accelerator programs for technology startups and facilitated strategic partnerships between Mongolian enterprises and prominent U.S. accelerators. Dr. Hatten is the author of the leading textbook "Small Business Management: Creating Sustainable Competitive Advantage" and has guided student teams at CMU to national recognition in competitive business case competitions. Dr. Hatten holds a PhD in Marketing Education from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and is a two-time Fulbright U.S. Scholar to Denmark (2011) and Iceland (2001).
